The concept requires a regional franchisee to set up a centralised kitchen and sell franchise outlets within a 20 kilometre radius thereby recouping the capital outlay. The franchise outlets require very little expertise or participation on behalf of their owners as the food is produced in a portion controlled package by the central kitchen. No franchise fees are paid by the franchise outlet as the regional franchisee recovers this as a margin in the food supplied to the outlet.
