The BACINI?S PIZZERIA concept was initiated in 1989 as a family business focusing on traditional Italian Village preparation methods. This means that all our pizzas are done in Clay, Wood-burning Ovens, as opposed to electric ovens. The direction decided up on by BACINI?S was to concentrate on and specialise in only PIZZAS and PASTAS.
