In traditional training, clients send delegates to an off-site training facility. The charge is approximately R 500 – R3,000 per delegate per day, depending of the nature of the course.
For example:
Business Writing Skills Course is a one day course at a cost of R1600 per delegate on average. Therefore for 5 delegates the total cost to the client is R 8,000. In some cases lunch, travel and accommodation are charged as additional fees.
As an on-site provider franchisee, you charge a fixed daily rate (e.g.R2,500) and the client can accommodate as many learners as necessary, provide a significant cost saving to the client. As the franchisee you would source a contract trainer and ensure all administration is in place to facilitate the course at the client site.
